Print to a higher standard.
Pro Transfers is the production partner behind professional print shops, decorators, and print-on-demand operators across North America. Outsource without losing control — we carry the file review, the prep, and the risk, so the garment you hand your customer is one you never have to hold your breath over.
Less guesswork. More confidence.
“Artwork used to be one of the biggest headaches in our workflow. Now we send it to Pro Transfers and know their team will catch the issues before they become our problem.”
“Pro Transfers has given us hours back every week. We spend less time building gang sheets, cutting transfers, and fixing artwork—and more time actually running the business.”
“I honestly don't think about transfers anymore. We order them, they show up ready to press, and we move on. That peace of mind has been huge for us.”
“We finally sold our screen printing equipment. Pro Transfers made outsourcing reliable enough that we realized we didn't need to keep doing everything ourselves.”
“Switching to Pro Transfers helped us grow faster than we expected. We can take on more orders without adding another printer, more equipment, or more production headaches.”
“We stopped tying up money in equipment, maintenance, ink, film, and supplies. Now we order what we need and put that money back into growing the business.”
“Before Pro Transfers, a lot of our day was spent worrying about production. Now we can focus on customers, sales, and the parts of the business that actually move us forward.”
“The artwork help alone is worth it. If something isn't going to print well, they let us know and help fix it instead of just printing a bad file and making it our problem.”
“We used to wonder how we were going to keep up if sales increased. With Pro Transfers, adding volume doesn't feel nearly as scary. We can scale without completely changing our operation.”
“Not having to build gang sheets anymore sounds like a small thing until you realize how much time you were wasting doing it. We upload what we need and Pro Transfers handles the rest.”
“Pro Transfers feels less like a transfer vendor and more like an extension of our production team. We know what we're getting, we know when it's coming, and we can confidently sell around that.”
“We started this business to sell decorated apparel—not spend every night troubleshooting a printer. Outsourcing our transfers to Pro Transfers let us get back to actually running the business.”
We use an expanded gamut print process. So does everyone else.
What it means for you is more vivid color, and a better shot at matching the one color that has to be right. What it does not mean is a secret — whatever name a supplier puts on theirs, the name is the only proprietary part.
Where no ink reaches, we say so.
Blue-violet is thin on every press, and neon is outside ink altogether. We name those colors in your file instead of letting you meet them on a box of shirts.
You see it before you pay.
Upload art and the at-risk colors come back marked on your own design, with the direction each one will move.

Press it. Peel it hot. Move on.
Lift the carrier the moment the platen opens — no cool-down, no stack of shirts waiting to go cold before anyone can see what you made. On a production line that is the difference between a rhythm and a queue.
Any supplier running the current generation of transfers peels hot. Some have a trademarked name for it. We would rather just tell you the setting and let you run.

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Grok about your ProTransfers orders.
Connect the assistant you already use to your account. It can tell you where an order is, pull your history for the books, and check whether a file will print sharp at the size you want. It reads. It never orders, pays or approves. Disconnect it any time.
Works with assistants that let you add a connector. ProTransfers makes no assistant of its own, and your art and production team stay human.
Focus on what grows your business. We'll handle the transfers.
Every file preflighted and fixed before it prints.
A person reviews each design individually — resolution, transparency, color match. File fixes cost nothing.
Transfers arrive pre-cut and ready to press.
Every transfer is cut to the shape of the design. Open the box, run the press — no trimming, no layout.
You only pay for what you print.
Print Area™ Pricing strips the transparent space and bills the shape that's left — not the box around it.
Your account does the parts nobody enjoys.
Most of a decorator's week is not designing. It is finding last year's file, rebuilding an order somebody wants again, and chasing who approved what. That work is in the account, not in your head.
Every file you have ever sent, kept
Artwork stays in your library with the analysis we ran on it. Reprint from it a year later without hunting for the original.
Re-order a whole job in one click
Any past order can be rebuilt into a new cart at the sizes and quantities it shipped with, and changed before you check out.
Carts you can save and come back to
Build a cart now, get the approval you need, order on Monday. Nothing is lost because you closed the tab.
A record of who agreed to what
When art needs a decision, the request, the answer and the conversation around it stay attached to the line item.
Don't Take Our Word for It. Test Us.
Compare everything your provider delivers, not just what they charge.
Send your logos, recent jobs, or toughest artwork. Press it yourself and see the difference firsthand.

What happens once your files are in.
01
A person reviews every design.
Every order. Every design. The resolution, transparency, color intent, and more.
02
If something will cause a problem, we fix it.
Before printing, at no charge, without waiting for you to ask.
03
You get a preflight report.
Showing what we found in each file and what we would suggest to improve the outcome.
04
Your transfers arrive individually cut.
Nothing to lay out, nothing to trim, nothing to sort.
One of those shops are still cutting gang sheets while the other is already producing.

Three things you'll notice at the work station.
You pay for the artwork, not the rectangle around it.
Print Area™ Pricing bills the shape that carries ink. An 11″ × 4″ script that fills a quarter of its bounding box is billed as a quarter, not as 44 square inches. How Print Area Pricing works
Nothing arrives on a sheet you have to take apart.
Individually cut is how every order ships. Not an upgrade, not a line item, not something you ask for.
The file gets looked at before it gets printed.
Every design, every time, by a person. What we check in every file

Questions people ask before they test.
It stays yours. We don't reuse, resell, or display customer artwork without written permission. Your files stay in your account so reorders take one click.
Tell us and we make it right. How a supplier behaves on the first mistake matters more than how it behaves on the first order, and we'd rather be judged on that.
Only if you ask, or if there's something in your files worth a two-minute conversation before we print. No sales sequence attached to a test order.
Yes, we calibrate all of our printers to the Pantone standard. But you must remember DTF is a CMYK process and what you see on screen is RGB — exact matching needs artwork built in spot color upstream on your end. If you have specific teams, brands, or PMS colors that you need help matching please reach out.
